Is the platform cloud-based or on-premise?

Our solution is cloud-based and accessible from anywhere. This ensures secure data access, backup, and seamless updates without the need for local infrastructure.

How secure is our data on your platform?

We implement enterprise-grade security including HTTPS, data encryption, user-level access controls, and daily backups. Data centers are compliant with ISO/IEC 27001.

Do you support EDI integration with shipping lines or customs?

Yes, we support full EDI integration (CODECO, COARRI, etc.) with major carriers and customs systems to automate data exchange.

Can we manage billing and invoicing within the system?
